Do you have minimum orders?

We have no minimum orders on the number of items or the dollar value of the stock. As the operators of a small retail business ourselves, we understand that not everyone sells in the same volume as the big multi-nationals. You order just what you need, as often as you need to. Just remember that freight works out much cheaper when you can spread it across a larger number of items. We do provide discounts to stores that order larger quantities. Significant savings are available on many items listed throughout our catalogue.

Won’t it cost me a lot in freight from Perth, Western Australia?

It is generally cheaper to freight out of Perth than into Perth. We have negotiated special freight rates to make sure you get the best possible rates. To off-set the cost of freight on larger orders, we also add extra items to your order, at no cost to you. These items more than cover the cost of freight and this has proved very popular with our regular customers. They either sell the extra items at retail cost or a discount; use them as incentives for customers to purchase extra items (buy two, get one of these free); or use them as part of a prize (buy one of these and go in the draw to win). There are numerous ways to take advantage of this great offer.

Do the silver goods tarnish?

We only purchase from quality manufacturers with long-standing reputations. They value their high standards and good customer relationships as much as we do. Our silver frames have been sold into seaside towns and to remote sites all over Australia since 1989. Other silver items (nickel plated) have been sold to retailers for many years. We have never had any item returned because of tarnishing. That said, if there ever is a problem with any of our frames, we are always happy to replace them.

What are your payment terms and conditions?

Pro-forma invoices must be paid within 14 days by EFT or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Credit- approved customers are required to pay within 30 days of the invoice date by EFT, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by cheque. Our bank account details are included on the invoice. Statements are only sent for overdue accounts, and a $15.00 administration fee applies.

What is the most popular size in photo frames?

The four main sizes are – 4”×6”, 5”×7”, 6”×8” and 8”×10”. Smaller and larger sizes are also available in many designs. For wedding and Bombonierre gifts, we stock a large range of 2″ x 3″ frames. These make for an inexpensive, but memorable gift for wedding guests. They are also popular for significant birthdays, engagements, Baptisms and Christenings and even funerals to remember someone special.

How well are your goods packaged to protect the items?

Every precaution is taken to ensure safe and secure delivery to your premises. Metal photo frames are wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a bubble wrap bag and then in a cardboard frame box. Each box is then placed in an inner carton, then into a master carton. Gift lines are normally wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap and in a cardboard or gift box before being placed in an inner carton then master carton. If there are any stock items damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will either provide you with a replacement or a credit.

How long does it normally take for delivery?

Goods are normally despatched within 2 working days from order receipt by courier or post.
